Test Automation Lead – Build the Framework, Shape the Future

About the Role: Are you a hands-on automation leader who enjoys building things from the ground up? Do you thrive on shaping strategy, mentoring teams, and creating long-lasting impact on quality delivery?

We are looking for a Test Automation Lead to architect, implement, and scale a next-generation automation framework for a leading organisation in the property and construction sector.

This is not just about using tools — it's about vision, leadership, and creating a sustainable automation foundation that will influence enterprise-wide quality practices.

What You'll Do:

  • Architect and implement a test automation framework from scratch
  • Define automation roadmap, standards, governance, and best practices
  • Lead automation strategy across multiple applications and business processes
  • Mentor and scale a high-performing offshore automation team
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and engineering leaders to drive quality-first delivery
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability through automation

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience building enterprise automation frameworks
  • Strong background in automation strategy, architecture, and hands-on implementation
  • Experience with UiPath or other automation platforms (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Tosca)
  • Ability to lead and mentor teams, including offshore delivery
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience in property/construction industries or Yardi is a plus but not essential
