About the Role

As an UPP Facilitator, you'll be trained and supported to deliver our exceptional leadership and wellbeing workshops in schools across Queensland. You'll be the face of UPP—leading large, energetic groups of students, creating meaningful learning moments, and helping every participant leave feeling more capable and confident.

Workshops vary from 45-minute sessions to full-day programs. To succeed, you'll need to be an enthusiastic communicator with a natural ability to connect and motivate others.This is a full-time role to commence with an induction on Monday, January 12th, 2026. Remuneration will be reflective of skills and experience.

What You'll Bring

  • Genuine passion for working with young people and helping them grow.
  • Ability to engage, inspire and communicate with large groups confidently.
  • Experience in student leadership, youth ministry, teaching, coaching or similar roles.
  • A commitment to excellence, character and contribution — our three core values.
  • Willingness to travel, learn and continuously improve.
  • Current (or willing to obtain) Working With Children Check and reliable transport.
