About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA/QC Laboratory Technician to support the Quality team in maintaining and improving the company's Quality Management Systems. This role is suited to Bachelor of Science graduates with a background in Chemistry, Pharmaceuticals, Microbiology, or related disciplines, and with prior experience in GMP/GLP environments.

You will be responsible for a range of quality and laboratory functions, including documentation review, data entry, and analytical testing using advanced instrumentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Quality Management Systems
  • Review batch manufacturing records for compliance and accuracy
  • Perform data entry and documentation in electronic systems such as LIMS, EQMS, and SAP
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to support quality processes
  • Assist with the organisation and upkeep of quality documentation
  • Conduct sterility testing, HPLC, GC-MS analysis, and physical testing of pharmaceutical products

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceuticals, Microbiology, or a related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a GMP/GLP-compliant laboratory or manufacturing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
