As a key part of our team, you'll play a vital role in supporting new and used car buyers with tailored aftercare options that protect and enhance their vehicle investment.

As an Aftercare Consultant, you will be responsible for presenting and selling a range of aftermarket products and services to our new car buyers. This includes vehicle protection products, warranty extensions, and accessories. Your consultative approach and attention to customer needs will ensure a premium ownership experience.

• Conduct professional aftercare consultations with new and used vehicle buyers
• Present and sell a range of high-quality aftermarket products
• Build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall dealership success
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
• Liaise with internal departments including sales and service to ensure smooth delivery

• Proven background in sales or customer service (automotive experience highly regarded but not essential)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented
• Professional presentation and a positive attitude
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a high-performing team
• Full Australian Driver's Licence
