About The Role
As the Assistant Store Manager, you'll be the right-hand to our Store Manager – a trusted leader, motivator, and operational expert. You'll help drive the commercial success of the store by delivering top-tier customer experiences, ensuring our team operates like a well-oiled machine, and living our Super Retail Group values every day.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and inspire a large team – building a culture of performance, accountability and fun.
  • Drive commercial performance – support strategic planning and execute initiatives that grow sales and profitability.
  • Maximise operational excellence – streamline processes, manage inventory, and deliver high standards across the store.
  • Champion customer experience – empower your team to deliver service that surprises and delights.
  • Grow capability – mentor your team, develop talent, and build a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Ensure safety and compliance – create a safe environment for customers and team members alike.
