We want you
We are looking for a fantastic Cook to work in our dynamic BOH team–cooking a Modern Australian menu. If you have experience working in fast paced cafés, restaurants, functions and events environments, delivering premium quality, we would love to hear from you.
Do you have?
- At least 2 year experience in a commercial kitchen
- Experience with commercial dishwasher machinery
- Basic food preparation skills to support chefs
- Understanding of cleaning chemicals
- High level of cleanliness and hygiene
- Immaculate grooming and presentation
- Clear communication, customer service orientated
- Flexible availability – week days and weekends
