In the role you will:   

  • Partner with the business and technology team to deliver technology solutions that drive measurable outcomes
  • Lead development of NRL's critical technology assets that enhance fan engagement and stakeholder experiences
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership whilst mentoring engineers to raise the bar
  • Build modern, scalable full-stack applications that delight millions of fans
  • Champion quality, automation and continuous improvements

Ideally you will have: 

  • Strong full-stack development experience (5+ years) with proven technical leadership (2+ years)
  • Deep understanding of authentication, security, and high-traffic web architecture
  • Strong understanding and experience of modern digital platforms and technologies such as Optimizely, Auth0, React, and Next JS
  • Experience in working with CI/CD practices and DevOps framework
  • Leadership qualities that embody partnership, pragmatism, and continuous improvement
