Join the Iimis Traralgon Team – Junior Café Attendant (15–30 hrs/week)

We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Junior Café Attendants to become part of the Iimis Traralgon family.

This is a great opportunity for school or university students with regular availability who are eager to gain hands-on experience in hospitality.

Role Details

  • Casual or part-time positions available
  • Rotating shifts: mornings, lunch, or dinner
  • Weekdays and weekends
  • Approx. 15–30 hours per week

  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced café environment
  • Friendly and professional customer service skills
  • Commitment to obtaining RSA and completing a barista course within 3 months of starting

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Assist with coffee making and basic bar-tending
  • Perform waiting and service duties for food and beverages
  • Help maintain a clean and welcoming bar and dining area
  • Support with general cleaning, dishwashing, and kitchen prep
  • Operate the cash register and handle transactions

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $16.00 – $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
