This opportunity will see you deliver projects, as well as involvement with operations, building new relationships, managing projects from start to finish.
Projects include refurbishments and construction and building services upgrade works.
Responsibilities
- Manage construction and refurbishment projects from initial setup through to completion
- Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements
- Ensure effective cost control and efficient running of the project
- Coordinate direct labour and subcontractors
- Project progress reporting and conducting weekly meetings
- Liaise closely with the client ensuring project runs to program
- Involvement with tendering/estimation
Your Experience
- Experience in a similar role, managing construction projects in a contractor environment
- Strong leadership skills and understanding of leadership responsibilities
- A high level of understanding and appreciation for safety
- Commercial acumen
- Solid programming and planning skills
Qualifications And Requirements
- Tertiary Engineering or Construction related qualification in relevant discipline
- Construction induction white card
- Drivers License
