The Situation:

We have 1,500 people on our waitlist waiting for us to launch. We need to build a machine to turn that into 15,000, then 150,000.

Your Role Will Be...

  • Running growth experiments across Google, Reddit, X, wherever our people hang out
  • Building a repeatable customer acquisition flywheel that scales using AI and automation
  • Running customer discovery using Mom Test principles (Rob Fitzpatrick - required reading) to understand user problems, needs, workarounds and urgency
  • Testing conversion funnels to predictably get people from signup

You're Perfect If...

  • You've launched a product before or have a drop-shipping story to tell
  • You have experience running growth experiments (even small ones) or acquiring customers via SEO, paid ads, or similar channel
  • You crush at perfecting LLM outputs and are obsessed with automating processes using n8n, Zapier​​, or code
  • You're fascinated by YC's "make something people want" mantra and want to implement it with your own hands
  • You're based in

Bonus Points If You:

  • Understand what CAC, LTV and LTV:CAC are and why they're important
  • Have used or researched multiple US credit/debit, neobank and crypto card products , Revolut, Ramp, Kast etc.)
  • Get crypto, understand stablecoins and L1 networks (or you have an embarrassing story about that one time you ape'd into a sh*tcoin)
  • Have watched YC's startup school end-to-end or read Paul Graham essays

What You'll Learn:

  • How to design and run marketing experiments: hypothesis → test → analyze → iterate
  • How to build a product-led growth engine that actually works
  • How to use AI and automation tools to scale growth without a team
  • Direct mentorship from a founder on how to build a startup from the ground up so you have everything you need to do it yourself (and if you're good, I'll consider funding you)

What Will Suck:

  • You'll kill more experiments than you scale - most things won't work
  • You'll work long hours when we're testing something that's working
  • You'll have uncomfortable conversations with users when things break
  • All our users are in the US and Europe, so hours will be all over the place

Compensation:

Lean stipend that won't pay for a luxury lifestyle but covers your costs while you learn more in 12 months than most people learn in 4 years at a corporate job. We're bootstrapped with founder cash - not VC money - so we pay below market rate (yes, we actually said it).

Duration:

12 months to start. If you're crushing it and we're growing, we keep going. If you're not moving the needle or aren't obsessed with learning, we part ways professionally and you'll have real startup experience to show for it.
