Role Description

This is a flexible, on-site role for an Instructor, Artificial Intelligence, located in Melbourne, VIC. The Instructor will be responsible for delivering AI training programs and workshops, following a set curriculum (train the trainer provided), engaging with participants to ensure comprehension, and providing practical, hands-on guidance in AI applications. The Instructor will facilitate both foundational and advanced AI courses, including AI agent building and role-specific AI applications across various departments. Regular interaction with organisational leaders to tailor courses to their needs and ensure successful implementation will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Adult Learning
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs or educational workshops
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work with diverse teams and adapt training to various skill levels
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and practical knowledge of AI applications in business settings
  • Flexibility to adjust teaching methods based on participant feedback and learning progress
  • Experience in Finance, HR, Operations, Management, or Customer Service sectors is a plus
  • Experience in Generative AI, LLM's and Agentive AI highly regarded.
