Brookfield Gardens, located in Brookfield, Brisbane, is a family owned and operated garden centre seeking to expand its team. We are in search of new team member to join us in a nursery hand and customer service role.

Nursery Hand / All-rounder

Qualities desired:

  • Strong dedication to work

  • Dependable and punctual

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Physically fit as the role involves substantial lifting and demanding physical tasks

  • Capable of working within a team and independently

  • Willingness to work outdoors under varying weather conditions

  • While prior nursery experience is not obligatory, a keenness to learn and exhibit interest in horticulture is essential

Responsibilities:

  • Customer service

  • Engage in general tasks related to nursery and greenstock maintenance

  • Loading and unload vehicles

  • Handle the movement of pots and displays

  • Ensure that the Nursery is generally clean and tidy

Availability on weekends in essential. Full time and casual roles available.
