Site Supervisor

Design & Build are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a respected Melbourne-based builder delivering luxury residential projects across the inner eastern and bayside suburbs.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established and reputable brand that has successfully expanded into the high-end residential space, delivering luxury residential projects valued up to $6m. With a number of projects underway and more about to commence, the business is looking to grow its team with a like-minded professional who takes pride in quality and craftsmanship.

As Site Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities
• Deliver bespoke, high-end residential projects to the highest standard
• Work collaboratively with the Project Manager and Director
• Maintain build programs, budgets, and quality control
• Lead site teams and coordinate experienced subcontractors
• Ensure all work complies with safety and documentation requirements

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience delivering high-end residential new builds of a similar scale with basements
• Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
• Confident using construction management systems and documentation software
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality finishes
• Proactive, hands-on, and passionate about contributing to a growing business
