  • Phone-based customer service experience (Contact Centre experience will be highly regarded)
  • Genuine commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for students.
  • Strong systems experience and an ability to follow processes including data entry and use of a CRM system.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Must be able to maintain a high volume of outbound / inbound calls and achieve KPI's and targets.
  • Highly developed verbal, telephone and written communication skills and the ability to liaise and consult with both students and campus team members with a strong customer service focus.
  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task, share team responsibilities to maintain maximum monitoring level of prompt, and courteous customer service and effectively achieve deadlines.
