ABOUT THE HOST EMPLOYER
ITI Australia is the largest independent timber distributor in Australia, supplying timber and building products to customers nationwide. ABOUT THE ROLE

Join us as a Warehouse / Supply Chain Operations Cadet and gain exposure to timber logistics, warehousing, dispatch, and sales support. You'll rotate through different departments, learn how a large-scale timber supply chain operates, and build skills that open doors to long-term career opportunities.
This is a 24-month cadetship leading to a Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations (TLI30321), with above award wages paid while you learn.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pick and pack timber products to meet customer delivery schedules
- Assist with safe handling, storage, and dispatch of timber materials
- Organise warehouse stock and support stock rotation and allocation
- Learn end-to-end supply chain processes, from sourcing through to delivery
- Work across warehousing, dispatch, and sales teams for broad exposure
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment

- Good communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Current driver's licence and own transport (public transport not suitable)
- Full working and study rights in Australia
