We have an outstanding opportunity for a Financial Planner to join a well-regarded boutique practice with a strong track record of client success. This role involves managing a substantial existing book of long-standing clients while continuing to deliver high-quality, personalised advice.

You'll step into a collaborative environment with excellent back-office support, allowing you to focus on strategic advice and deepening client relationships. The firm values integrity, transparency, and empowering clients to make informed financial decisions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage and service a large, well-established client base across diverse financial needs
  • Provide strategic advice on superannuation, investments, insurance, and retirement planning
  • Build deep, trusted relationships and proactively identify advice opportunities
  • Collaborate with experienced paraplanners and client service professionals
  • Contribute to internal development initiatives and mentor junior staff where appropriate

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years' experience as a Financial Adviser
  • Proven ability to manage a large client base while maintaining strong relationship quality
  • Relevant degree qualifications, Professional Year completed
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional, ethical, and client-centric advice approach
