Cut Above Tree Care is a well-established and reputable arboricultural company providing professional tree care, vegetation management, and land clearing services across Toowoomba and regional Queensland.
We're looking for a motivated and experienced Tree Worker / Ground Crew member to join our team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys physical outdoor work, values teamwork, and wants to grow within the arboriculture industry.

About You
- Proven experience in the tree industry – this is essential
- White Card (Construction Induction) – required
- MR or HR Truck Licence – highly desirable
- Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in all conditions
- Reliable, hardworking, and safety conscious
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to follow direction
- Willingness to travel for regional projects
Your Key Duties
- Assist with tree pruning, removals, and ground operations
- Large land clearing operations
- Feed branches and debris into the chipper
- Operate and maintain tools and machinery under supervision
- Support climbing arborists and equipment operators
- Maintain clean and safe work sites
