Role & Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and systems to identify impacts, risk and change requirements.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals.
- Conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders to ensure assigned processes are implemented.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Recommend and implement enhancements to existing processes and systems to optimize performance and meet evolving business requirements.
About you?
- Degree qualification in Business, Commerce or other relevant qualifications
- Previous experience working in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from data.
