About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in the Specialist Geriatric Dementia Unit, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to older patients with complex health needs. You will work in a collaborative team environment, providing holistic, person-centred care that supports the dignity, comfort and wellbeing of each individual. • Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing Board of Australia
• Skilled communicator with strengths in problem solving, teamwork, and prioritisation
• Demonstrated clinical competence and flexibility in delivering consumer-focused care
• Sound knowledge of nursing standards, legislation, and quality improvement systems
