About the role

We are seeking a various employees, from Apprentices, trades assistants and experienced Cabinetmakers to join our talented team at Bespoke Kitchens. As a Cabinetmaker, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality, custom-made cabinetry and furniture for our clients. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Interpreting design plans and to create custom cabinetry and furniture
  • Using a variety of woodworking tools and machinery to fabricate pieces with precision and attention to detail
  • Collaborating with the design team to ensure the final products meet the client's specifications
  • Maintaining a clean and organised workshop to ensure a safe working environment
  • Troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the manufacturing process
  • Providing feedback and suggestions to the design team to improve processes and products

What we're looking for if you are applying as an experienced cabinetmaker.

  • Formal qualification in Cabinetmaking.
  • Experience as a Cabinetmaker, preferably in a custom or high-end furniture manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in the use of various woodworking tools and machinery, including saws, routers, edge-banders and CNCs
  • Being able to install high end joinery and keep a clean and tidy site.
  • Use and knowledge of Cabinet-vision software is a bonus
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work from design plans.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with the design team and clients
  • A commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship

Apprentices

Looking for someone who is keen and energetic, has an eye for detail and is ready to learn and improve their skills. No prior skills are necessary.
