  • You must already have a Top Secret Positive Vetting security clearance.

Your new role

  • Engineer and maintain
    secure, automated data flows between internal and external systems.
  • Architect and support
    secure gateways and integrations using APIs, object stores, and domain services.
  • Monitor and alert
    on system health, ensuring minimal downtime and rapid issue resolution.
  • Test and debug
    integration builds, ensuring seamless data routing and ingestion.
  • Document and collaborate
    using tools like Confluence and JIRA to keep everyone aligned.
  • Work cross-functionally
    with stakeholders, developers, architects, and data engineers to deliver robust solutions.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 3+ years in data flow engineering or system administration.
  • Proficiency in
    Python
    and
    SQL
    .
  • Experience with
    monitoring
    and
    alerting platforms
    .
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of
    automated deployments
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Active Directory, Certificate Servers,
    and
    security products
    .
  • Integration experience via
    APIs
    and
    Object Stores.
  • Linux system administration
    expertise.
  • Experience with
    CI/CD pipelines
    and
    version control
    .
  • Knowledge of
    cybersecurity principles
    .
  • History of selecting and implementing configuration tools and methods.
  • Security Clearance Requirements
    :
    Applicants must be
    Australian citizens
    and hold an
    (
    TSPV) Top Secret
    Positive Vetting (AGSVA).
    Candidates without the required clearance will not be considered.
  • Location:
    Applicants must be based in either
    Canberra (ACT)
    or
    Sydney (NSW)
    and able to work from the local office as the role involves regular collaboration and team interaction
