Reformer Pilates Instructor

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Reformer Pilates Instructor to join the dynamic team at Sonoma Wellness, and contribute to the recent launch and growth of our unique health & wellness facility in Wannanup, WA.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and challenging Reformer Pilates classes that focus on improving clients' strength, flexibility, and overall well-being
• Provide personalised guidance and modifications to ensure the safe and effective execution of Reformer Pilates exercises
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organisation in the Reformer room
• Assist with the onboarding and orientation of new clients
• Collaborate with the Sonoma Wellness team to develop and implement innovative Reformer Pilates class programming
• Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your teaching skills
• Weekdays (Morning & Evening) and Weekends (Alternating Saturday)

What we're looking for:

• Current experience as a certified Reformer Pilates instructor
• Comprehensive understanding of Pilates principles, exercises, and proper technique
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate clients of all fitness levels
• Passionate about personal fitness and committed to promoting a healthy lifestyle
• Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the studio
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications
