Ideal Candidate:

We're looking for someone who can expertly shape and prep nails for manicures and pedicures that truly last. You should be confident with gel polish, able to create simple nail art, and skilled in using an e-file and applying BIAB. Bonus points if you've got experience with extensions, poly gel, or hard gel, but don't worry, we offer training to help you grow in these areas too. Strong communication is key, we love connecting with our clients and sharing our knowledge to support their nail health. You should be qualified or have completed relevant training in the field.

Your Goal as a Nail Artist:

To ensure a wonderful experience for our clients through exceptional customer service and high-quality nail work that makes them feel pretty

Nail Artist Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients with warmth and ensure they have a seamless, enjoyable experience throughout their visit.
• Use your in-depth knowledge of our services and products to help clients choose the best options and offer helpful aftercare guidance.
• Work closely with the team to keep the salon clean, professional, and up to the highest hygiene standards.
• Manage bookings and sales efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Build strong relationships with clients by engaging in a friendly, genuine way to encourage return visits and loyalty.
• Keep informed about product updates, promotions, and any changes to salon procedures or policies.
• Support your teammates in hitting salon targets and contributing to the overall growth and success of the business.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in performing nail services. Ideally, you should be proficient in all our services, including BIAB, gel polish, nail art, manicures, and pedicures.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Basic IT skills
