Cupcake Baker & Kitchen Hand Wanted – Join Our Team in Kedron

We're looking for a cupcake baker & kitchen hand to join our fast-paced family business in Kedron this Christmas season

This role will mainly involve handling and making all of our cupcake orders (Christmas cupcakes & general cupcake orders). You'll also be a support kitchen hand, assisting with the production side of Smash A Cake — including smash cake decorating, customer collections, packaging, and cleaning during our busy Christmas period.

About the role:

• Start date: Mid-November – 23rd December
• Hours: 20–30 per week
• Workdays: Monday to Friday (must be available across all weekdays)
• Hours may vary each day depending on workload

What we're looking for:

• Previous baking experience (home baking experience considered)
• A fast-paced individual who thrives in a busy environment
• Ability to follow our cupcake recipes and decorate cupcakes with strong attention to detail (training provided)
• Great communication skills and ability to work well in a small team
• Reliable with full Monday–Friday availability and flexibility to work extra hours if required
• Willingness to help across all areas of the business (smash cake decorating, packing cakes, and cleaning)

What you'll do:

• Bake and decorate all cupcake orders
• Manage cupcake stock and ingredients
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness
• Assist with other areas of the business, including smash cake production, packing smash cakes, cleaning, and handling customer collections

Location: Our facility is based in Kedron, 4031.
