Your Role:

  • Conduct clinical audits and lead clinical meetings
  • Develop clinical education programs for nursing staff
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of current aged care standards, accreditation and auditing processes, and AN-ACC
  • Lead quality management system audits and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Oversee rostering, occupancy, and stakeholder engagement, including pre-admission and screening
  • Analyze clinical indicators and provide monthly reports
  • Solid leadership skills along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What We're Looking For:

  • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
  • Extensive aged care management experience, including clinical audits, accreditation, and funding management
  • Strong leadership, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care
