What We Offer
- Casual Commissioning Role: Located at a Lithium Project – located in Greenbushes, WA.
- Project Dates: Staggered start dates from November 2025, approximately duration until January 2026, with potential for extension.
- Roster: 2 weeks on, 1 week off roster. 10 hour days roster
- Competitive Rate: $57.71 (inclusive of 25% casual loading) + OT Penalties (from base rate) + Site allowances
- Other Benefits: BIBO project, Downer will be supplying transport + Camp accommodation.
The Opportunity
Downer's Energy and Utilities business is seeking casual Boilermakers to work on our project in the Southwest, starting in November 2025. Positions are Bus In/Bus Out from Perth. This primarily involves workshop fabrication tasks, including precise steel and metal cutting while adhering to strict time and quality standards.
About You
- Have Boilermaker experience with dimensional verification tools such as calipers and micrometers, along with experience in tight tolerance fabrication and QA/QC compliance.
- Hold an Australian recognised trade certificate
- Hold an Australian Driver's license and a White Card
- Hold a Working at Heights within 2 years and a Basic Fire ticket or equivalent within 5 years
- Have a positive attitude and commitment towards safety
