At Each, you'll be part of a multidisciplinary team committed to person-centred, trauma-informed care.Your role, your impactAs an Integrated AOD Counsellor, you will:Deliver therapeutic counselling interventions to clients with complex needs, including AOD and mental health challenges.Provide outreach support to engage vulnerable and hard-to-reach clients, helping them achieve treatment stability.Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and facilitate referrals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.Maintain accurate and timely case notes and documentation using Each's client management systems.Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to a positive and respectful environment.Participate in supervision, team meetings, and reflective practice to support your ongoing development.Who we're looking forExperience working with people with alcohol and other drug use and/or mental health concerns.Experience supporting clients with co-occurring challenges, such as trauma, family violence, homelessness, or physical health issues.Tertiary qualification in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Mental Health, or a related discipline.Current driver's license.What will make you stand outEligibility for professional membership or registration in your relevant field.What's in it for youAt Each you'll be supported to be your best.
