Mattara Hotel is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Gaming Attendant to join our team.
This role is available Monday to Sunday from 10am to 12am. While previous experience in gaming is a positive, we are happy to provide on-the-job training for the right candidate. To be successful in this position, you must hold a valid RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling) and RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification. A day in the life of a Gaming Attendant:
- Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won't forget
- Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance
- Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations
About you:
- You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
- You are a team player and have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
- You must hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications
- You'll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people
