  • Demonstrated understanding and experience in developing, managing and using work schedules, resource plans, communication plans, action trackers, risk registers and experience in the use of Service Desk toolsets for job allocation and management across a diverse team.
  • Proven team leadership and management experience and experience managing third party suppliers and vendors to deliver timely support, consultancy and assistance under business as usual and project conditions.
  • Proven ability to lead, manage and participate in endpoint and server architecture and design workshops to provide innovative technical solutions in the health environment and demonstrated superior analytical and technical problem solving and incident management skills with the ability to look outside the box for technical solutions to break\fix situations.
  • Demonstrate a Service Delivery mindset with a Customer Experience focus with experience delivering IT service using a service management framework such as ITIL to provide capacity, availability, problem and incident management.
  • Proven ability as an excellent communicator, able to communicate at all levels across the organisations to convey complex principles, using both verbal & written communication methods across a variety of media to all internal/external teams, internal/external stakeholders, vendors, suppliers and all other parties.
