Bonfire Bread is seeking a passionate and skilled Full-Time Baker to join our team at 56-60 Burns Bay Rd, Lane Cove NSW 2066.

Morning Shift 2am to 6am.

About Us:

Bonfire Bread is a vibrant bakery dedicated to crafting delicious, high-quality bread and pastries. We are committed to using the finest ingredients and traditional baking techniques to create unforgettable flavors.

Responsibilities:

· Mixing, preparing, and baking a variety of bread and pastries.

· Measuring and combining ingredients using mixers, blenders, and other equipment.

· Weighing flour and other ingredients to prepare dough.

· Baking various types of bread.

· Assessing the quality of raw materials to ensure they meet our standards.

· Monitoring oven temperature and product appearance to determine baking times.

· Testing ingredients and finished goods for food safety and quality.

· Adhering to Occupational Health and Safety guidelines and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

· Inspecting facilities and equipment for compliance.

Requirements:

· At least two years of experience in baking.

· Relevant industry qualifications.

· A passion for baking and a commitment to quality.

Benefits:

· Competitive salary of A$70,000 - A$75,000 plus superannuation.

· 4 weeks annual leave.

· 38-hour work week.
