About the role:

As a Project Coordinator, you'll provide vital support to our Project Managers, helping ensure seamless execution of shopfitting projects.

  • Coordinate & update project schedules, ensuring accuracy & timely delivery
  • Manage tender processes - submission tracking, documentation & following up trade quotations
  • Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, clients & internal teams to communicate changes & project updates
  • Handling documentation, including permits, SWMS, inductions & certificates to ensure smooth project compliance
  • Organising site logistics, materials coordination & assist with trade management & scheduling
  • Maintaining accurate records, database systems & help rive overall project efficiency

About you...

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Experienced in coordinating projects within construction/shopfitting (advantageous)
  • Familiarity with project schedules, documentation & compliance procedures
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
