About the role

Telwater will have Production Labourers and Machine Operators roles available in early 2026. We will be seeking hard working, reliable candidates to work as machine operators, production labourers and trades assistants within in our boat manufacturing/ production factory in Coomera. Expres you interest today for new opportunities in 2026

These positions will be full time, permanent roles working Monday to Friday 6am to 2:30pm (40hrs/ week). 



Skills And Experiences

What we are looking for:

  • Willingness to learn. All training will be provided.
  • Reliability with great attendance
  • Forklift ticket an advantage
  • Ability to work in a very fast paced environment
  • Ability to learn how to efficiently process components for the manufacture of our large boat products
  • Operating machinery, power tools and hand tools
  • Lifting, handling, and folding sheet metal
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Attention to detail and take pride in the quality of your work
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills within our boat building operations
