Through tailored rehabilitation plans, workplace assessments, and ongoing support, we help minimise the impact of injury, illness, or disability—empowering individuals to regain independence and productivity while supporting business continuity.
The Role
As a full-time or part-time
Rehabilitation Consultant
- Exercise Physiologist / Osteopath / Occupational Therapist / Physiotherapist, you will leverage your clinical expertise to support and guide your clients on their journey back to work and life after physical or psychological injury. You will play a key role in helping clients achieve their rehabilitation goals through a holistic approach.
In this role, you will:
- Gain a detailed understanding of your clients' injury history through initial needs assessments
- Conduct worksite assessments to understand what duties your client can complete to help them achieve their short-term and long-term return-to-work goals
- Collaborate with other health practitioners through case conferencing to facilitate rehabilitation and recovery needs
- Facilitate a progressive return-to-work through tailored planning

- Professional Registration with ESSA / AHPRA
- Strong client focus and the ability to build relationships with diverse individuals.
- A current or the ability to obtain a Working with Children Check.
