About the role

Reporting to the Head of Procurement, the Procurement Category Manager is responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end category strategies for a range of goods and services in line with BAC's strategic objectives.

  • Provide expert advice to key stakeholders on all aspects of procurement, the procurement category and the procurement process, to encourage innovative practices and support delivery of business and policy directions
  • Evaluate vendor performance against metrics on a regular basis to enhance continuous improvement and within this assist BAC staff in managing vendor responsibilities outlined in the contract statement of works

About you

You like to be part of a happy, high performing team and take pride in making a difference through doing great work.
