Due to ongoing national growth, we are seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our successful Coburg team. About the Role

As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role across service delivery, clinical excellence, and team capability building. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Functional Capacity Assessments
• Assistive Technology and Home Modifications (including complex cases)
• Sensory and emotional regulation assessments
• Environmental risk assessments
• Therapy-based intervention and skills development
• Providing clinical guidance, mentoring, and support to early-career clinicians

You will work across clinic, home, school, and community settings—ensuring variety and meaningful impact in your day-to-day role.

What You'll Bring

• A degree in Occupational Therapy with relevant experience
• AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
• Strong clinical experience within the NDIS or related environment
• A driver's licence and vehicle
• Relevant checks (or willingness to obtain)
