What You Will Be Doing

We are currently looking for an experienced Diagnostics Administrator to join our team at our North Ryde Laboratory. Hours will be 11am-7pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and then worked 8am-4pm on Saturdays.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering phone and emails
  •
• Uploading of files from Holter, ABP and ECG's and transmission to Cardioscan
• Accurate input of patient details
• Upload traces to designated reporting Doctor
• Uses ultra system for accurate correlation of imported results and validation
• Inputs completed ABP, spirometry and Audio reports manually into ultra
• Uses RICS to accurately image request forms, attachments and reports
• Use method of FIFO (first in, first out) when when uploading data/ trace. As well as when processing all Diagnostics results.
• Validating results

What Type of Person Will Be Successful

These are the type of attributes & skills you would possess:

• Previous experience in a medical, pathology, or diagnostics setting (preferred)
• Strong data entry and administrative skills
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through
• Confident communicator, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with Cardioscan is an advantage
• Willing to learn, team player, positive attitude and team player
