To be eligible, you must hold or be in the final year of an Engineering degree ideally with a
focus in Mechanical Engineering
and have full working rights in Australia.

What is your role?
As a Graduate at ADP Consulting, you'll be part of a national graduate cohort and receive hands-on training from day one. You will contribute to meaningful, sustainability-led projects while being supported by industry mentors and technical experts in your chosen field

Your experience will include:
- Working on real projects with support from experienced engineers and leaders
- Participating in monthly national graduate learning sessions (e.g. ESG in Consulting, Personal Branding, and Saying Yes to Opportunities)
- Engaging with clients, architects, and stakeholders to deliver impactful designs
- Accessing a learning platform with over 97,000 professional resources
- Receiving support for Engineers Australia Chartership
- Joining a vibrant social and wellness culture including fitness classes, book club, and team events

Mechanical
Engineering Graduate
who is enthusiastic, curious, and ready to contribute to a better built environment.
