Ideal candidate:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a barista role
  • Good latte art skills
  • A passion for serving amazing coffee
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Friendly, efficient and able to build rapport with our customers
  • Must be available to work weekends; preferrable Sundays
  • Ability to assist in other areas of the café
  • A true team player that can work efficiently and loves to be part of a well functioning team
  • have a strong emphasis on quality, speed of service and OH&S safety regulations
  • Ability to adapt to different scenarios and events
  • Display honest and respectful behaviour
