We are seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to play a critical role in developing, maintaining, and governing the integrated program schedule for a complex, multi-system ERP transformation. This role will coordinate internal and external stakeholders across multiple workstreams and locations.

This is a fixed-term role until mid-2028, based in Surry Hills, NSW.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain the master integrated program schedule across all workstreams and projects
  • Consolidate schedules from multiple System Integrators and internal teams into a single, unified plan
  • Identify, map, and manage dependencies across technology, data, business readiness, and external initiatives
  • Facilitate dependency review sessions with technical and functional leads
  • Develop and maintain program-level milestone plans aligned to delivery phases, releases, and deployment waves
  • Continuously monitor critical and near-critical paths to identify risks early
  • Conduct scenario analysis to assess impacts of delays, scope changes, or resourcing constraints
  • Track schedule performance metrics and highlight risks or slippage
  • Maintain detailed schedules in MS Project and milestone-level views in Planview
  • Facilitate planning workshops, readiness sessions, and dependency alignment meetings

Who are you?

You are an experienced program scheduler with a strong background in large-scale ERP or technology transformations. 

You bring:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 6–8+ years' experience in program planning and scheduling within complex IT or ERP PMO environments
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMI, Agile)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project; experience with Planview is highly regarded
  • Strong analytical capability in critical path, milestone, and dependency management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear insights
  • You are resilient, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a collaborative mindset and a passion for driving meaningful transformation in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
