Food Production Worker (Casual to Full-Time Opportunity)
Location: Braeside
Hours: Monday – Thursday: 6:00am to 2:30pm | Friday: 6:00am to 12:00pm
Total: 38 hours per week
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Food Production Worker to join our team on a casual basis with the opportunity to transition to full-time after 3 months. This is a long-term role with strong career growth potential for the right candidate.
You will be working in a production environment handling food products, blending ingredients, and performing manual handling tasks.
What We're Looking For
- Long-term commitment – looking to grow with the company
- Experience in food handling and/or blending preferred
- Must have full working rights in Australia
- Physically fit – heavy lifting up to 20kg required
- Comfortable working in a dusty environment with strong spice smells
- Reliable, consistent and punctual
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and blending food ingredients
- Manual handling and lifting of sacks up to 20kg
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
- Working efficiently to meet daily production targets
