Our online business is a crucial part of our model and we are looking for experienced team members to join our team

As part of our logistics team, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their online orders accurately and on time.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Picking and packing online orders efficiently and with attention to detail
  • Ensuring accuracy in stock handling, order labelling and dispatch
  • Assisting with goods receipting and inventory organisation
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Supporting wider logistics operations during peak periods and product launches

About You

You're a reliable, hands-on team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You'll bring:

  • Experience in an e-commerce or warehouse environment (essential)
  • Valid Australian work rights are required for this position
  • Flexible schedule availability to meet business requirements, this is a seven day operations
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a collaborative team
  • Ability to lift and move boxes as required (manual handling involved)

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with Shopify, Star Ship it, NetSuite or similar online order management systems
  • Prior warehouse experience
