Tiffinz, Balcatta is looking for an experienced Chef to manage curry and tandoor section in a busy kitchen and become part of a business that has seen growth.
We are looking for someone with over 3 years of direct experience with traditional and modern Indian cuisine. Successful applicant should have extensive knowledge of preparing master sauces, tandoor preparations and mandatory workplace health and hygiene training requirements.
The successful applicant (Chef) will also be responsible for the following tasks:
Dealing with customers
Managing the service adhering to consistently high standards and quality
Working within a team environment
Stock control and ensuring food safety and cleanliness
Freeze and preserve food Preparing and cooking dishes
Provide training to new Kitchen staff ·
Discussing food preparation issues with Managers, and kitchen and waiting staff.
Suggesting and improving menu items including adding new products.

Skills and experience:
Diploma level qualification in Commercial Cookery and minimum of 3 year's chef experience cooking curries and tandoor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $77,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
