We are seeking a Administration / Mobilisation Officer to join our successful team on a temp-perm role.
You will be responsible for the full end to end administration tasks for various shutdown and projects.
Responsibilities:
- End to end administration
- Liaising with staff, clients and management in regards to all mobilisation requirements
- Booking in Medicals, Training, Refreshers etc. for candidates
- Producing reports
- General admin duties and entering data
Your skills and experience:
To be successfully shortlisted for the available positions we are looking for candidates with the following:
- Excellent organisation skills
- FastTrack experience - Highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment
