About the role:

In this pivotal role, you'll be the driving force behind day-to-day operations—empowering your team to deliver exceptional service, exceed KPIs, and uphold our commitment to excellence. Your leadership will help shape the experience of every customer who reaches our Customer Centre.

This position requires a full-time, in-office presence five days a week, fostering a collaborative work environment and promoting effective teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support your team in the completion of their daily workload, primarily in the area of case management including call management, time management and product and process enquiries.
  • Ensure approved resources are available to achieve required department KPI's for queue and case management, initiating activities to move and re-assign resources as required based on changing department needs.
  • Provide; ongoing, regular, structured, and spontaneous coaching around all aspects of the dealership advocate role with a focus on improving the overall quality of the Mazda Australia Dealership Network's service delivery to Mazda Australia vehicle owners.
  • Assist team members in the decision-making process with respect to the handling of customer concerns presented by dealers with; assistance, direction, instructions and guidance to team members, ensuring that all concerns are responded to appropriately and within a reasonable time frame. Escalate as required.
  • Assist in day-to-day centre operations by supporting dealership advocates in case management and inquiries.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in the centre and participate in initiatives.
  • Participate in relationships with internal and external stakeholders for successful outcomes.

About You

You're a confident leader with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and building high-performing teams. As a Customer Centre Supervisor, you bring a strategic mindset to resource planning, hands-on coaching, and operational support—ensuring your team of dealership advocates thrives in a fast-paced environment.

With relevant tertiary qualifications and a proven track record in customer service, people leadership, and performance coaching, you know how to inspire and drive results. Your deep understanding of Mazda products and applicable legislation positions you as a trusted expert.

You're an excellent communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of juggling competing priorities while keeping team goals in clear focus. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is second nature to you.
