We are currently seeking passionate, motivated, and skilled chefs to join our dynamic kitchen team on a full-time basis. Whether you're an experienced professional or looking to take the next step in your culinary career, this is an excellent opportunity to work with Tasmania's finest local produce in a creative and supportive environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Relevant industry experience and a genuine passion for food and hospitality
  • Strong communication, organisation, and time-management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
  • A relevant culinary qualification (Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent)
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
