THE ROLE: AFTER HOURS TRAVEL MANAGER

As our After-Hours Travel Manager, you'll be the virtual face of Stage and Screen during out-of-hours periods, delivering exceptional service to VIP clients and high-profile talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expert self-ticketing and booking management
  • Handling highly individualized travel requirements
  • Managing high-touch group travel arrangements
  • Providing solution-based customer service
  • Supporting frequent travelers and senior executives

Part-time role working across nights, weekends, public holidays, and all state-based holidays, giving you your Monday to Friday days back

Location: Fully remote from your home office

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Extensive retail and/or corporate travel agency experience
  • Native Sabre proficiency and self-ticketing expertise - MANDATORY
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong customer service standards
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with operational excellence focus

Only experienced travel managers with proven self-ticketing capabilities will be considered.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary Package:
  • $82,000 per annum + superannuation (FTE)
  • Pro-rata for part-time positions

OPERATING HOURS & SHIFTS

Business Hours: 6:00 PM - 8:30 AM Mon-Fri | 24/7 Weekends, Public Holidays & State-Based Holidays

Sample Shift Options:

Monday - Friday:

  • 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM
  • 6:30 PM - 11:30 PM
  • 6:00 PM - 8:30 AM
  • 12:00 AM - 8:30 AM

Weekends, Public & State Holidays (Rotating):

  • 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
  • 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM
  • 3:00 PM - 8:30 AM
  • 6:00 PM - 8:30 AM
