Soaring Together is seeking a passionate and experienced Casual Social Worker to join our collaborative team of Occupational Therapists (OT's) to deliver comprehensive and holistic Dual Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA's) for NDIS participants across Adelaide.

About the RoleAs a Casual Social Worker, you will work closely with our Occupational Therapists to conduct assessments, formulate joint recommendations, and produce high-quality, clinical reports for the NDIS.

Core Responsibilities and Requirements:

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a current registered member of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
• Possess a current driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle for travel across all service areas.
• Be happy to work across all metropolitan regions: North, South, East, and West Adelaide.
• Be highly confident in working as a team and collaboratively with Allied Health professionals (specifically OT's) to create holistic outcomes.
• Have experience within a Social Worker role and be familiar with the NDIS sector
• Have experience and be confident in the process and development of comprehensive Functional Capacity Assessments.
• Maintain decent availability and working hours to meet the demands of a casual case load.
• Possess incredible communication skills, both written (report writing) and verbal (client/family engagement).

• Hold Clearances (or be willing to obtain):

• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.

• Working with Children Check (WWCC).
