Senior Elixir Developer | ASX Listed Scale-up | Up to $180,000 + Super

We are working with a fast growing scaleup who are looking to add a Senior Developer to their ranks due to sustained growth.

The tech stack revolves around
Elixir
and
JavaScript
, and they are looking for someone who can work autonomously as they build their Software Development team.

You must have strong, recent hands on Elixir skills.

This will likely be a leading role in the near future, as they look to increase their product offerings,

What do you need?

  • Over 4 years Elixir.
  • Startup/Scale up background
  • Experience with , or React native.
  • AWS DevOps
  • Known for a meticulous approach to detail and delivering dependable, production-ready code
  • Capable of leading engineering teams or coordinating with stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes
  • Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset, adept at working across cross-functional teams

What will you do?

  • Shape and guide the overall system architecture and technical design decisions
  • Collaborate closely with product stakeholders to clarify and refine feature requirements
  • Build, evolve, and support scalable and reliable backend services
  • Champion coding standards and promote engineering excellence across the team
  • Take the lead in diagnosing and resolving challenging technical issues

Salary

They offer an excellent salary of up to $180,000 per year + Super.

Location

1 week in the first month in Engadine, NSW - They are moving closer to Sydney in Q1 2026.
