Maintain exceptional standards on the gym floor

Membership management, growth and retention

Staff management and group training rostering

Drive high standards amongst staff and strong work culture

Deliver on weekly KPI's

Build a strong 'sticky community'

** You do not need to be a trainer to excel in this management  role however the below would be advantageous.

Hold a minimum Cert 3 + 4 qualification

Current First Aid and CPR

*Sales and Management / Customer service experience is favourable.
