Based in Laverton North, our client is an industry-leading partnership dedicated to converting post-consumer plastics into food-grade rHDPE resin driving Australia's circular economy forward.

Must be able to work:

Monday Wednesday: 7pm to 7am

Thursday: 5pm to 11pm

What You'll Be Doing

•Operate extrusion equipment safely and efficiently in line with quality and WHSE standards.

•Adjust, calibrate, and test machinery at the beginning of each shift.

•Inspect and test products during production, reporting any issues promptly.

•Follow work instructions to ensure consistent and safe operations.

•Maintain a clean and organised work environment throughout the shift.

•Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives supporting production of up to 25,000 tonnes of HDPE/PP annually.

What We're Looking For

•Experience in plastics manufacturing, ideally within extrusion, blow/injection moulding, or thermoforming.

•Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot machinery.

•Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced team environment.

•Commitment to WHSE protocols and proactive safety practices.

•Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach.

Desirable

•Certificate in Plastics or Polymer Technology.

•Minimum 2 years' experience in the plastics/extrusion industry.

•Forklift licence highly regarded.
